A modest alteration and addition to an existing coastal home in Killcare, designed around a new bath pavilion and deck that strengthens the connection between the house and surrounding environment. The project focuses on simple, economical interventions that improve amenity, outdoor living, privacy and access to the landscape while working carefully within a restrained budget.
